YOUR SATISFACTION, OUR PROMISE
Treat your nails with care. They're jewels, not tools. With proper attention, their beauty will last for weeks after your appointment.
We confidently stand behind our enhancements and gel polish manicures, guaranteeing their quality for 48 hours post-service. If needed, please contact us for complimentary repairs within this period.
For any concerns, we kindly ask that you notify us within 3 business days of your appointment so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Please note that we cannot guarantee compensation or repairs for concerns reported after this timeframe, or if clients are unable to return during the specified period.
Additional charges may apply for repairs requested after 3 days or for specific types of damage.
Regular polish services are not covered under this guarantee.
EQUIPMENT
All implements are thoroughly sanitized and sealed in new pouches, in accordance with Virginia State Board regulations.
If your technician does not open a new implement pouch in front of you, please notify the front desk to receive a complimentary $10 gift card as our way of ensuring your peace of mind.
SUPPLIES
For your safety, we use disposable, single-use files, buffers, and pumice stones.
ADDITIONAL POLICIES
We reserve the right to refuse service to individuals with contagious conditions, open wounds, or disrespectful behavior.
GROUP / WEDDING PARTIES
A 20% deposit is required for group bookings or special events involving 3 or more people.
PHONES
Please help maintain a calm and relaxing environment by switching your phone to vibrate or silent mode.
CANCELLATION POLICY
To respect the time of both our clients and technicians:

Personal appointments require 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or changes.

Group or party bookings require 48 hours’ notice.
Our technicians are in high demand. Advance notice helps us accommodate other clients.
To cancel or modify your appointment, please call us.
No-shows or late cancellations will be charged the full service amount plus a 20% gratuity.
LATE ARRIVALS / GRACE PERIOD
“Life happens.” Therefore, we allow a 15-minute grace period for both clients and technicians.
If you arrive late, we may not be able to guarantee the requested services.
Appointments may only be rebooked once per day.
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or forgotten personal items.
PRICING
Prices are subject to change based on specific services or customizations. Adjustments may occur without prior notice.
REFUNDS & REDOS
No cash refunds are given once clients leave the salon.
If you are unsatisfied, please let us know before payment so we can make adjustments or removals as needed.
Refunds will not be issued for changes of mind.
If you express dissatisfaction immediately after your service, we offer complimentary redos.
If, after adjustments, you are still unsatisfied and request a refund, you must proceed through our Customer Complaint Procedure.
COMPLAINT PROCEDURE

Complaints will be acknowledged within 5 business days.

Clients must submit a completed complaint form, stating the reason for dissatisfaction even after a redo, along with photo evidence.

Complaints will be investigated and resolved within 8 weeks, with a final response provided.

If unsatisfied with the outcome, clients may request a further review.
SPECIAL NEEDS ACCOMMODATION
The safety and well-being of our clients are our top priority.
If a client has a condition that could present a risk during nail services, such as limited mobility or sensitivity to sharp tools, our technicians reserve the right to decline service in the client’s best interest.
Alternative options may be offered with care and compassion.
NON-DISCRIMINATION POLICY
Our service refusals are based solely on health, safety, and behavior-related factors, never on race, ethnicity, or any other discriminatory grounds.

PAYMENTS
We accept cash, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
Please note: Cash tips are appreciated.

Appointments are preferred. Walk-ins are welcome based on availability, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you if our schedule allows.
